"This property was perfect for our family vacation to Orlando. Traffic getting to and from Orlando can be a nuisance, especially on the weekend. But this property is perfectly located between Disney and Universal. The private pool was a hit with all the kids and teens. Property management was very quick to respond when we had some minor issues upon arrival. Overall, this property was perfect for our group of 7. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in Orlando. "

"I'll start with the booking process. It was the first time I was asked to book outside of VRBO. I, as well as the other guests, were beyond skeptical. I contacted VRBO. They assured me that it was an actual VRBO booking, they charged a fee up front, before the host charges went through, so you are able to confirm it is an actual VRBO booking with all the insurance and protections that come with. We had a girls trip with four adult women. Everybody had their own room, everybody had their own...

"Property itself was wonderful for floor plan and decorHowever - calls for a dead door lock on day 2...were not acted on until a second call had to be made at 10 pm at night when we had called 8 hours earlier.....frustrating as we had children that had to wait for an emergency technician - no followup until another call placed hours later... No lock box to gain access - response the next day was that they would have a lock box installed at this property, not helpful to us their guests locked out...

"Our rental was beautiful and just as described. Convenient drive to shopping and restaurants; about 20-30 mins drive to Disney attractions. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Check-in was easy and we were offered early check-in/late-out as well. We did have to go to a main gate first to get access to the gate to our direct community which was a little confusing. But overall our stay was lovely. Pro tip: bring some basic condiments like salt, sugar, and oil if you plan to cook at...

"Perfect and centered for Disney parks, Walmart and restaurants. Kitchen stove had a little gas smell. Manage use 1 side. And called Restauramt located next to stay and were rude, never had “nothing” available Villaggio Restaurant is the name. But it has nothing to do with the stay."
