HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

ONLINE PURCHASE:
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.

Nice, quiet, convient

Everything was as advertised. Remember to bring wash clothes, as they are not provided. Washing machine leaks, they say its normal. That was annoying, especially when we packed to be able to wash clothes.

Disappointing

My recent stay at the condo was a mix of comfort and inconvenience. While the beds were comfortable, several issues detracted significantly from the overall experience. The kitchen lacked essentials like oven mitts, salt, and pepper, and both the kitchen and blender were greasy and dirty. Additionally, the HVAC system had no air filter, and there were restrictions on adjusting the temperature or opening windows, affecting the living environment’s comfort. You are unable to adjust the temp away from 73. Safety and maintenance were also concerns, with a broken master bedroom door that will not close, a non-functional TV, and a hazardous closet door that nearly caused an injury. The absence of a deadbolt meant we could not lock the doors and the presence of mold on the windows raised safety and health concerns. Restrictions on using extra linens, child-sized towels, and broken blinds further compromised our stay. I attempted to contact the host about my issues, they never responded. If you’re looking for a sub par place near Disney this is it, but do not expect to be comfortable.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY TO RENT

We just took this trip to the parks and we stayed in this great house, it is as described, it has every thing you need, it is big, inside a gated comunity, near many places. We are just very happy to have chosen this house. If we go back we certainly use it again. Only two minor complaints, the towels need to be replaced, they seemed old and the mattress in the master bedroom needs to be flipped over or replaced

Great for families!

We loved our stay! We brought our young children and in laws and it was the perfect place for a large family. The carpeted stairs and cushioned coffee table also made it feel safer for busy toddlers. Close to the parks without the outrageous resort prices. Easy check in plus they provide a high chair and crib if needed, less for us to travel with. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets. We come to Orlando every year for the same family event and we'll probably book this same place for 2022!

Nice, roomy place to stay but some key amenities missing

The condo at Lucaya Village was clean, roomy and in a good neighborhood. A very convenient location near the theme parks. Easy access and check-in process. *HOWEVER, one important amenity was missing from the property - wash cloths! I called the management company to request wash cloths and I was told by the customer rep that no was cloths are provided as part of the rental - just linens. Bath towels and face towels were provided but no wash cloths. Last time I checked, wash cloths fall under the category of linens. It may be a minor omission but we did not expect to have to provide our own. Also oven mitts should be provided since cooking pots, pans and trays were available for use in the condo. Caution: wood panel flooring in the bathrooms can be slippery!

Convenient Location

This was a great place to stay if you are going to the Theme parks or the Gaylord Convention Center. It was nice and clean. The only issue We had was not having many towels and no wash clothes. Other than that everything else was great!!

Room to spread out!

With 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths this was a great place to spread out and everyone had their own space. It was clean, well maintained and all the amenities. The only downside is that there is not really anything within walking distance, you have to drive. It’s close to old downtown Orlando, and 10 mins from Disney parks. It was nice to have a kitchen, frig, outdoor space etc, much better than cramming into a hotel room for a higher price. Would highly recommend.

Lovely Townhouse

This spacious townhouse was perfect for a week at Disney for our large family. The pictures are completely accurate - it is just as pretty in person as it is in photos! We didn't cook but did bring food for breakfast, and the kitchen is very nicely outfitted with cookware in case you do want to cook. Everything was clean; it felt brand new. The pool was a nice break on a warm afternoon. Having laundry facilities in the unit was very convenient as well. Highly recommend!

Very Nice!

Our family really enjoyed the feel of being home at this location. It was very Clean. Decorated great! Has everything you need. The welcome bag of supplies was an extra touch.
