The juices were very good and the omelette delicious. The capuccinos were so good that I couldn’t help drinking three. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. "I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are outstanding. My daughter loved the pool. We liked it so much that after our initial trip to Hanoi we rebooked here on our return leg. Rooms great! Pool great! Breakfast buffet awesome. Location great! A big thank you (and name check) to Rachel, Tony, Hoang and the guys on the bar (AKA Radish, Tomato and Potato) - you really made my 9 year old daughter smile.
