"Great location and a proactive host. The few issues that arose were dealt with promptly to the best of the hosts ability. Slight ingoing issues with the Wifi which impacted the tv reception, however did not impact the overall stay."

"This property did not meet basic expectations. The condo was dirty upon arrival. The bathroom towels appeared to have been previously used and hung back up rather than washed, and the bed linens did not seem freshly cleaned. After walking barefoot around the condo, our feet were visibly black from the dirty floors. The shower doors did not close properly. "I very much enjoyed my stay here and the view was exactly what was promised. There were a few mismatches from the listing to the actual stay and I imagine it might be from this person managing multiple spaces. There were two queen beds no King beds and the place said parking included... then we had to pay for parking. Other than some of these inconsistencies the host was kind and was timely. I would stay here again when visiting Santa Monica in the future."

"We had a combo work/family/getaway visit, and this was a great home base. Large, light-filled and spacious, close to restaurants and museums, with a great coffee shop and breakfast burrito place right there.
