"The house was perfect for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in pool deck and spa. It was spacious and the pool was immaculate and surprisingly cool. We smoked meat in the large smoker out back and enjoyed watching the game on the back porch TV. The house was well stocked with common appliances, cookware, plenty of towels for the pool, and two large refrigerators for groceries. The host was very personable and gave us a tour when we arrived. It was overall a great place to stay."

"We were so pleased with our stay at the Cobia Cottage. It was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing . We loved being close to the beaches, as well as all the restaurants and shops in the area. While the neighborhood is an older neighborhood, we appreciated how your house was newly renovated and the outside well manicured . The neighborhood is quiet and quaint . It was the perfect stay for us as we were seeing our daughter off to college ....
