Surprised by the High Reviews — Disappointed Stay
I’m honestly confused by the number of excellent reviews. Our experience did not match the rating at all. We stayed in a mobility-accessible room, and from the moment we walked in, there was a strong, unpleasant odor—similar to urine—which never went away.
While we understood and respected the room’s accessible design, there was virtually no counter space to place toiletries. There was also a large gap under the adjoining door, which made it extremely noisy at night. We could hear everything from the room next door.
On top of that, the AC randomly turned off during the night, the bed sagged in the middle, and the pillows didn’t smell fresh. Overall, this stay was far from restful or pleasant. I’m not sure how this property received such glowing reviews, but it wasn’t our experience.
