A short 8-10 minute walk allows visitors to explore the many downtown historic sites, museums & restaurants. One parking spot is available on our lot. Free street parking for additional cars.
This 100+ year old historic home, built in 1917 is always welcoming, tranquil, clean and safe.
Guests reserving the listing will have an upper level full bath and two private bedrooms each with queen mattresses, pillows , linens, and bedding.
The cottage also has a downstairs full service kitchen, living room/dining area and a second full bath for guests to use and enjoy.
We offer free WiFi, cable TV, washer/dryer, keyless lock pad entry, off street parking for one car and free street parking for extra vehicles.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the whole cottage without having to share space with the owners.

Other things to note
This cottage has two levels and guests must climb one short flight of stairs to access the upstairs bedrooms.

A parking pass to the visitor's center parking garage downtown will be available for guests to use provided that there are spaces available in the garage.

We provide a visitor guidebook with all the house info as well as lots of local information.

Basic essentials for short stays are provided so that guests may enjoy an independent visit! Check out time is 10am.
