My issue is that I don't like places where I can hear people walking on the floor above me or it is so easy to hear people talking as they walk down the hall, and this hotel has both those issues and there's nothing they can do to fix those issues now that the place has been built. "Once I checked in, they added 100$ for any amenities that I may use which was acceptable. They ended up charging my card 100$ for each day of my stay. Then they charged me another 516$ for the room charges. When asked why, all they could say was that their system had a glitch and I’d be getting my money back in 3-5 business days.
