"Excellent , perfect add on to my Charleston french quarter trip. Beware the bad reviews are old, for a minute I was in doubt and after was very happy I made it. The hotel was renovated recently. Staff was extremely friendly starting from Holly at front desk and Lucas and Lucy at lodge and helping around. I was recovering from a broken foot and they made their best to acomodate my needs. "We just returned from a 16 day roadtrip & this resort was bar-none the finest & most beautiful of all our stays. 5 stars all the way. The grounds are immaculate with lovely walkways along the Marina. 3 pools; fire pits; ping-pong; & a no-swim private beach. The restaurant was very good as well. The rooms were beautiful! Beautiful ocean views; coastal decor in blues & oranges - immaculate! The bed & pillows were comfy & the rooms were quiet. Very convenient location - right next to the Aircraft...

"Amenities were so outdated, the garage smells like a public restroom, the only positive part was close close proximity to the beach. Additionally, you have to pay for a city parking overnight,which is not included in the overrated hotel price ...we are not coming back"

"I was placed in a room adjacent to the ice machine and elevator, even though the hotel was barely occupied. The breakfast was on par with a gas station. I travel frequently for business, and the Hilton name is no longer a mark of quality or comfort. Hilton is the Taco Bell of hotels."

"OMGosh!!! What a great surprise this place was. Right in the center of the action and a short drive to Patriots Point, the Old Village in Mount Pleasant and close enough for an affordable Uber to Charleston. So many restaurants were within walking distance and we could hear all the live music while we were swimming in the pool. This was a great place for our family (kids 10 and 13) because the area was full of college kids and young adults (who were all very respectful) but the hotel itself...
