"This place was phenomenal!! The only thing that is tricky is the parking… please look into that… the staff is outstanding! The room is clean and perfect! Loved how close it is to so many restaurants. Walking distance to a lot! Loved loved loved staying here "

"We had a great stay at the Quarters on King. They were able to check us in early, which was really helpful. The apartment was also beautiful and comfortable. That said, King Street is incredibly noisy during the weekend, so bring earplugs! "

"This was our fifth year of staying on Isle of Palms and renting a house on Ocean Blvd. This house was perfect and fit our group's needs so well. We have a family sailboat racing program, and we bring all the little children, wives and girlfriends along for this regatta. The view was perfect. Beach access the best! House was clean and well equipped for our large group. We had a little confusion about the hot tub as there is an extra charge to have it heated, but that was quickly addressed, and...

"The property is absolutely fantastic! The location is so private yet close to the beach and town! Your are absolutely surrounded my stunning scenery and the house is immaculate! We could not have asked for a better property for our family trip. The photos really do not do it justice! "

"What a fun way to spend our time in Charleston! Yacht is docked permanently in a gated marina with easy but safe access. Unobstructed views of the Ashley River drinking coffee in the mornings and watching dolphins play at sunset while rocking in huge rocking chairs on the main deck. Inside was spacious, plenty of extra linens, single cup Kuerig, fridge and freezer, pull out sofa, and convertible kitchen booth/bed. Bathrooms were great, large master with full size tub/shower. "This was the perfect beach house for our family! My husband and I were celebrating my retirement with our children and grandchildren. The layout of the house was perfect, with large bedrooms that each had private full baths. The outdoor deck spaces were incredible, and the beach access was literally right outside our door! We would love to go back to this wonderful home again and again."

"Wonderful home for a family vacation. Open floor plan on 2nd floor kitchen and family room. Bedrooms and bathrooms galore. Pool was just right for post beach cool offs. "

"It is a nice and quiet neighborhood, has a lot of parks to walk and enjoy the evening, the place is very nice and clean, definitely recommended."

"Overall pretty good. Had a great relaxing tripOn the beach and the condo was a short walk. Everything was clean and nice. The parking lot floods when it rains because nobody turns on the pumps. This is more of a building management issue than the host. You just have to get creative when trying to go to dinner in your nice shoes in 6” of standing water. The beach is beautiful and we saw some dolphins. Best experience we’ve had on Vrbo. Thanks again "

"We loved the location. Literally a few mins walking to the beach and no more than 10 mins walk to the main strip and all the restaurants "

"It's all in the little details! It is a super cozy room but has everything you could possibly need and extremely clean and smelled so good.The host is very welcoming and kind. We had a very lovely stay and the room was so comfortable and was perfect for our needs. Everything is in walking distance from this location and we took full advantage of it! We will definitely visit Charleston again most definitely will stay here at 257 Rutledge Inn!"

"Everything about the stay was easy from check-in to leaving. The living space was great for out group of 8 adults and 7 kids. Plenty of space in the dining room and the kitchen was well appointed with just about every type of equipment we needed for our meals. The master on the 2nd floor was great and spacious. We loved all of the "toys" available in the garage for use in the pool and at the beach.The one and only drawback - if it could be called that - is that there was only one bathroom on...
