"I had a bad first impression upon my arrival, as the front desk did not let me check-in two hours in advance (with a not full hotel), after 30h traveling without sleep. Anyway, Amberlyn (the manager) tried her best to make it up for me after it came to her knowledge and I even got a late check-out. As for the hotel, the Omni has one of the best common areas of hotels in Houston (very nice pool and gym)! On the other hand, the rooms are outdated. "Hotel maravilhoso, muito confortável e muito bem localizado. Ambientes acolhedores e um bom café da manhã, americano, sem xícara e pires mas só com uma caneca. Tudo muito prático. O que não gostei foi que no acerto de contas no check-out me lançaram uma despesa indevida. Reclamei e foi constatado o erro, porém tive que esperar muito e reclamar mais ainda, para que retirassem o lançamento indevido. Espere, é o que diziam. Pior de tudo, não ouvi uma só palavra de desculpas, como se o erro...

"Breakfast choices were poor. Only carry iut cheap muffuns and fugbars. The worse I had. Coffee is decent. Laundry room had 2 broken machines. Our room 309 had heavily imbedded with smell made all if ys felt sick."

"Excellent affordable option in the Galleria area! Nice rooms and spacious bathrooms. The bed was comfortable and the shower is very good. The special compliments go to the employees!! Smiley and always wanting to help!!
The only con in my opinion was that the corridors and general areas of the hotel were dirty (and stains for all over the carpets). Recommend the ALoft to work on it!"
