O que não gostei foi que no acerto de contas no check-out me lançaram uma despesa indevida. Reclamei e foi constatado o erro, porém tive que esperar muito e reclamar mais ainda, para que retirassem o lançamento indevido. Espere, é o que diziam. Pior de tudo, não ouvi uma só palavra de desculpas, como se o erro...

"Not a very friendly check in! The guy who was encharged seems that was resting inside or busy with some other thing and didn’t showed very happy with somebody checking in after 8 pm! The water from the shower was horrible!! Seems to be desalted water… once you use soap, it wasn’t possible to take off from my body! Very uncomfortable feeling every shower!! A compliment to the in dining service though! Great service and good food! "

"The Royal Sonesta is always a good option at the Galleria area. It’s not as fancy as some other hotels, but it’s a fair/ decent choice! The bed is very comfortable and the room is in great order. The bathroom is really small, though. "
