"The hotel is good, but may improve! The premises are clean, smell great and are modern/ well kept. The room is big enough, beds are super comfy and pillows great as well! Same with shower/ bathroom! The gym is brand new and a good help for basic exercises. What needs to improve: serviced! Starting with the reception desk. BTW, the area is great as well, with restaurants, the mall and close to the energy corridor! "

"I had a bad first impression upon my arrival, as the front desk did not let me check-in two hours in advance (with a not full hotel), after 30h traveling without sleep. Anyway, Amberlyn (the manager) tried her best to make it up for me after it came to her knowledge and I even got a late check-out. As for the hotel, the Omni has one of the best common areas of hotels in Houston (very nice pool and gym)! On the other hand, the rooms are outdated. "Hotel com localização boa, relativamente próximo das principais regiões de Houston, mas depende de carro para se locomover (mas qual cidade dos EUA não precisa?). O hotel estava em reforma no lobby (estive lá em dez/17), mas os quartos já estão todos renovados e impecáveis. Internet funcionou bem durante todo o período. Café da manhá oferece espaço e variedade suficiente para uma boa refeição. Comprei algumas coisas na Amazon para entrega no hotel e foi tudo recebido sem problema nenhum....

"Everything was great!! The only thing was that rooms have an open shower, meaning there's no door to seperate the shower from the bedroom. You will shower on the open. I was with my daughter and had to switch rooms to another room that allowed privacy while showering. Other than that staff was great and nice, room was very clean and area was great given than IHOP was at walking distance. "
