"Sound insulation is terrible, between the sleeping area and the bathroom, but especially between rooms. We could hear the neighbors entire conversations. Guest noise from the hallway was also largely unfiltered. We were put in an ADA accessible room so the shower leaked water onto the main floor very easily. The bathroom design is not great. The counter is so long that when sitting on the toilet, the toilet paper is squeezed against your leg. The room has an iron, but no ironing board. Beds were comfortable."

"De forma objetiva. Fui colocado num quarto com paredes mofadas, pintado por cima. Muita poeira nos móveis, abajur, etc. e um forte cheiro de mofado ao entrar no quarto. Sem tapete no banheiro. Tive que usar uma toalha de rosto. Sem serviço de arrumação durante a estadia. O quarto que fiquei seria no máximo um quarto ok para um 3 estrelas. "

"I came back because i liked the room they gave me on June 3rd. This time they made me wait 3 hours after 3pm and did not gave me the room i paid for! Was a King bed with Basthtub. They gave me a Queen bed , with horrible bath not the room i stayed days before for sure it was at the end of the hall way and poorly decorated. So de DISAPPOINTING"
