"Take long to clean rooms, and front desk not very active helping solve problems. I’ve had a problem with hotels.com (the pictures show a room with bathtub but there is no bathtub - only 2 rooms at the hotel) and the front desk adopted a posture “not our problem” and was very frustrating knowing is a expesive hotel and you want to have the best experience - it was my birthday and I am pregnant so I was VERY disapointed."

"The clerk barely spoke English but I had a confirmation so all he had to do was point. The room seemed clean but walls were very stained and tired. The kitchenette was completely devoid of anything to use for dining. Not even plastic soons or anything. So if you don't bring absolutely everything you need to eat a meal, you're just out of luck. There was a refrigerator and microwave and stove. That was appreciated. The beds were very hard and to the point, we didn't sleep very well. The place...

"Excelente localização, quarto grande, funcionários atenciosos, uma César salada espetacular. O problema foi com ar condicionado que não regulava a temperatura o que causou incômodo. O rapaz da manutenção recomendou que trocássemos de quarto, porém como só tinha mais uma diária e já era noite, solicitamos que ele deixasse o mesmo desligado. No check out informei que o ar condicionado precisaria de conserto para o próximo hóspede. Diante do exposto me deram um brinde."
