"Great location, one house from the sand. Full Kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Dave's (host) communication was excellent. Check-in & check-out was easy. Huge bonus: was having bikes to use, rode along the beaches everyday and the garage to park our car, since parking on the streets can be difficult to obtain. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to New Port Beach. "

"Teddy was an excellent host! They were very accommodating & communicative, responding to questions quickly throughout our stay. The home was very comfortable for 4 adults & met all of our individual needs. Each person was able to rest & sleep at a comfortable temperature in their own room. "Upon arrival, we found the gate locked even though we were told it would be open for easy access. We waited outside for about 30 minutes until the host opened the gate, and no apology was offered. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable—the floors were sticky, the coffee pot had old tea/coffee residue, the bed sheets had not been changed and had visible black hair from previous guests (my wife is blonde), and the bathroom baseboards were dirty."
