"First of all, the whole building and unit needs a lot of TLC. Lots of chipped paint, broken lights, jammed balcony door, stained shower tiles, and water damage. We stayed in unit 5 and had a major issue with our room lock. Poor Elisa took the brunt of our frustration, but she was VERY professional and VERY understanding and took care of business. "The kitchen was fully stocked; unfortunately, we were only there for really a full 24 hours, so we didn't use it. We did use the washer/dryer. Only thing I can suggest to other patrons, please adhere to the noise policy of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. "Avoid The Landing. This is not a hotel like it is listed on Expedia. It is an app obstacle course with no staff and no support. After booking they required extra ID uploads and forced me to download multiple apps including Clear just to check in. I arrived at 5 pm to no front desk and no assistance, only locked hallways and a digital lockbox I could not open because nobody at Landing HQ responded.
