"This rental was very nice and accommodating. Perfect walking distance to Marietta Square. We would definitely rent again."

"We always book here for our Atlanta trips, 10/10!"

"The unit itself was okay. It was reasonably clean, though we did spot roaches and a few other bugs during our stay. The shower ran cold our first day, but I’ll give the host credit — we messaged him and he had it fixed quickly and without any hassle. The bigger issue was the property as a whole, which is in real need of repairs and upkeep. From the driveway all the way to the common area where you access the unit, things felt neglected. The light fixture in the entry had only one working bulb...

We each had our own room, which is nice with a 16 yr. old. The location is prime, like 5ish miles from LakePoint, was amazing! Not a huge deal but the floors are pretty creaky and if someone is above you, it's pretty loud but it wasn't horrible as we were in and out alot. Main street is in walking distance and has alot of restaurants and an...

"Almost perfect, but some things to be aware of:Lovely little duplex style property, upper unit is occupied. Nice area of town and easy to find/access. No real complaints on our end, but there are some things that future customers might want to know:There are kids that live above, and they STOMP! Fortunately the stampeding throughout the house stopped after about 10pm both nights we stayed. The convertible couch is awfully uncomfortable, for sitting and for sleeping. There is a thick foam pad and...

"Only suggestion would be more silverware and wine glasses would be nice"

"Very cool, clean, spacious, convenient, and well decorated and outfitted villa. So much better than staying in a hotel."
