" 0 stars is more accurate. The property is at Trace Midtown however, “Global Luxury Suites” advertising on Expedia rents out several units from Trace. They say there is a 24 hr concierge available for your needs. However, the concierge works for Trace and will tell you that you need to contact Global luxury and they can’t help you. "I stayed here while supporting a family member at Piedmont Hospital. The loft is clean, well-appointed, has good parking and is easy walking distance to the hospital and many restaurants in the area. Having a pool and workout room are also great amenities too. Would definitely stay here again."

"The most notable thing about the place is the lack of cleanliness,. There was human hair in the refrigerator, in the freezer on the ice, and throughout the master bedroom. there were power issues where if you use certain lights, it tripped a circuit breaker over and over.. also the sliding door to the master bedroom was broken. I communicated this with the owner while I was there, but nothing was done, no further cleaning, no type of accommodation was offered, my guest wound up staying at...

"Overall decent stay. I u see stabs minimal living but the furniture was really cheap & the tv needs to be thrown out. It was slow & didn’t work. I didn’t go to watch tv but as I’m getting ready & at night I watch the news for maybe 20 mins couldn’t do that bc the tv was always loading. Was told no smoking on the patio but others smoked on their patios and we could smell it. Location was goo walking distance to restaurants an stores. Piedmont park is not walkable from here"

"Building and location great. The kitchen was sparce. Only 1 FOB that is required to enter the building and use the elevator. Had to pick up keys over 2 miles from building in high-traffic area. The absolute worse part was the property manager. We did not receive the code to pick up keys. Called and texted several times and no one responded.
