"Very clean large sleeping and living areas. Kitchen was divine. For hosting up to 8 people there needs to be more chairs in the living area. More towels and linens would be awesome. I did have to look for any towels as they were not in the bathrooms. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to have them set up. "

"The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. I had not. They then said rooms aren't made up each day but if we wanted they could do it now. It was nearly 6 pm. We said no. I asked what the policy was and they said that rooms are never...

"Our stay was great from start to finish. Victoria was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The check-in was smooth and easy, which made everything stress-free right away. The place itself had plenty of space and was very comfortable. It also had easy access to the BeltLine and different parks around the city, which was a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"
