"This is the second time we have stayed at Sunsuites. The rooms are small but comfortable and very quiet. Although there was a really good band playing at the resort next door, we never heard them in our room. The unit is close to the beach and all the other amenities at Fripp."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sunsuite at Fripp. Booking was easy on VRBO. I quickly received a call from Fripp Island after inquiring if I had any questions. Later they booked a golf cart for me at Island Excursions at a cheaper price than private rental! Quite seamless. They called a week prior for gate passes and sent entry codes on time. The room was ready and clean at appointed time and golf cart drop off was easy without needing to gas up again. Especially loved the club cards and pool...

"Our booked unit had no wi-fi. We had the option to change to a unit farther away from everything & get a comped golf cart. The new unit we stayed in was fine, but there were issues with smoking neighbors and coffee pot not working. Also issues with key-pad instructions not being exactly as sent. No instructions were given as to how to get the golf-cart. The comped golf cart would hardly travel. We turned it in the next day."

"Wife and I celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary here at Fripp. Location was amazing! Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. Great golf, restaurants and lots of gators and deer!!"

"The ocean view is wonderful. Explore the island at low & high tide, so many critters to see....variety of crabs, fish, deer, dolphin, turtles, mini hammerhead shark, birds and more. Beach is perfect to walk on, firm sand if you have any physical issues. The condo is decorated nicely, confortable, casual, beachy. The amenities inside are great, nice sq footage for friends & family. You do not need the amenity cards, if you only want access to the private pool associated with this complex. No one...
