Welcome to 511 Sunsuite, a charming and conveniently located condo available for rent. Situated on the 1st floor of the Sunsuite villas, this property offers a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. Whether you're looking for a short stay or monthly rentals, this condo is the perfect choice. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy and well-designed space.

The condo features an open floor plan that maximizes the use of its 325 sqft size. The bedroom area includes a queen bed and twin bunk beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for individuals, couples, or a small family. Unit has a small refrigerator, dishwasher and one burner. It does not have a stove/oven.

One of the highlights of this property is its outdoor amenities. From tennis courts to fishing spots, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Stay active and fit at the fitness center or take advantage of the nearby Ocean Point & Ocean Creek golf courses. If you prefer a more leisurely activity, bicycles are available to rent from Excursions.

The beach is just a boardwalk away, offering endless opportunities for relaxation and fun in the sun. Inside the condo, you'll find modern conveniences such as Wi-Fi and cable TV. Stay connected with friends and family or unwind with your favorite shows after a day of exploring the island.

Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

Also included in your rental are up to 4 guest cards! These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 12 pickleball courts, 6 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.

Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
