505 Sunsuite is an efficiency unit located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis, Pickleball, Fitness Center, Arcade, and Retail Shops! This first-floor studio layout is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities as well as being within walking distance from the beach. This unit includes a brand new king-sized bed, flat screen TV, 2 burner stove top, and dorm-size refrigerator. Daily rentals are open year-round and it comfortably accommodates 4 people.

Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

Also included with your rental are up to 4 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
