"This property was nice enough and mostly clean (the floors were a bit gross) and the AC was great, but the general maintenance on this property has clearly been lacking for quite some time. We were unable to use the basement bathroom space as the screws holding barn door for the room were hanging loose and ready to fall out of the wall and the shower door was also falling off. We did let the host know about the barn door - with photos - and they asked if they should send someone to fix it, but...

"The location was great and the apartment was clean, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our overall experience was mixed. Communication from the host was unresponsive, the kitchen sink wasn’t working during our stay, and there was significant noise from a neighboring unit. The checkout process was also not very smooth. With better communication and maintenance, this could be a much better stay."

"Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest. Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important."
