"The house is beautiful, cozy, and even nicer than the photos. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. All rooms have AC and ceiling fans, all working perfectly. The condominium is very safe, quiet, and peaceful, with good privacy despite the houses being close together. Waking up to birds singing in the morning was lovely. The concierge, Ludwig, was very attentive and friendly. On the downside, the location is very remote, with an unpaved dirt road. We stayed during Christmas and New Year, and after rain the road had deep potholes, making it difficult to access without an SUV. We were 5 people but only 4 beach towels were provided, and extra towels were not added despite requesting them. Towels are not changed during the stay unless you pay an extra USD 60, which felt unreasonable for a one-week stay. The pool was quite cold due to lack of sun, and the shower design, although beautiful, is not practical and splashes water everywhere. Additionally, the staircase leading to the bedrooms has wooden slats, and when it rains they get wet and become extremely slippery and dangerous. Overall, a very relaxing and beautiful place, ideal if you’re not planning to go to the beach often (about 20 minutes away), but keep in mind that Tulum is still developing, with occasional low water pressure and power outages."
