"Pricey for what it was but clean. We just stopped overnight on the way through. Typically, would pay 150 but this was 219. It is brand new."

"No smoking room that definitely smelled of smoke. Bedspread had a burn hole. Burn marks on the tub and furniture. Pillows well worn out and terrible. No chairs other than the table side chairs. Furniture was in poor condition. Mattress was terrible. Tub had dark stains. Shower curtain had a large dirty stain on it. Back of the building was not well maintained."

But if you like a low key spot that has clean rooms that are spacious and well kept this is the one for you. If you have kids you are neighbors to McDonald’s and Dumsers for ice cream let alone candy kitchen right on the property. Quick easy 3 minute walk to the beach where the area isn’t so crowded. "The property was super clean, our suite was very nice and spacious. Quick walk to the beach. The only thing my family missed was a balcony. But other than that, I would stay again."

"Breakfast was the highlight until the 2nd day when the staff was more casual and overheard 'f' bombs.Never had an answered call every time I tried to reach them from my cell or room. TV did nothing but buffer and couldn't enjoy a movie at night. No help with bags. Very steeps stairs to our room and had I known I'd not book it. Left a day early bc totally disappointed with hotel and staff. No maid until day we left. Pool was 3.5: deep and was filthy."

We are already planning to stay in town again and will definitely stay here when we do."

"The desk personnel were incredible, the service staff should be terminated at once. We had issues with no batteries in the remote , one remote had no back, we had to constantly bug the staff about towels, and we asked the service crew to find a broom so we could sweep our floor because of the sand . The lady said she had to go get the broom and she would sweep the floor as part of the service. Floor was never swept and when my Wife asked her about the flood she said she forgot . I will never...

"Clean room with beach view(4th floor, 2 units away). Coffee and cold water in lobby 24 hours. Microwave and decent little fridge w small freezer that worked . Quiet, and great beach location being the last hotel on the boardwalk. See you. Not too far from all the things on the main Street, but you're away from the crowds that the main Street attracts"

We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns."
