"The unit was clean and well stocked with essentials for bathrooms and the kitchen. The neighbors were all very friendly and it offered easy access to food stores, seafood markets and a short ride to the beach. Our fur baby enjoyed walks on the nature trail and there were plenty of refuse recepticals in and around the unit. The only thing we were confused about was where the recycling recepticals were. "We spent a week in this beautiful home. Check in and out was simple and everyone enjoyed the stunning sunsets and water access for kayaking. "

I've typically stayed in properties closer to the beach and boardwalk in Bethany, but the lakefront property was perfect for my family and me, including our 2 1/2-year-old granddaughter, as well as our dog. "We had a great time! The pool was used most of our trip! Pool table, the pool house were a great touch. The only issue was the freezer never really froze our ice pops. It kept ice cold though. Would definitely return! Thanks for the memories!"

"We have stayed in Bethany Bay several times, but this was our first single family home rental. We missed our usual view of White Creek and Indian River Bay, but this house backs up to the No. 3 green which is quite nice. "

The community centre was great - we used the grill, pool, gym, and kitchen/common area. Plenty of parking and the EV charging was a plus!"
