The staff were great, especially Tim the maintenence man and the front desk staff. It was un-nerving that the ENTIRE floor smelled like weed for the first 3 days we were there. And nothing was done about it. If i smoked a cigarette there we would have been charged incidentles. We did report this but nothing was done. The smell was sickening! "Beautiful view of the ocean in a clean and spacious room for a great price. Parking was difficult to find on site in the evening, but plenty of spaces available at the sister site just a few steps away. Girl at the desk when I checked in was lovely and accommodating. Would stay there again."

"My husband had to slam his shoulder into open our door to our room. The manager came over and had to do the same and said he knew about it. The microwave had rust in it. The blinds to the bathroom were broken and people walking outside could s the us in the bathroom. Said offered hair dryer and there was none. Rust in the bathroom and mold in the shower. Very noisy. Beds were very comfortable. "

"The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel has more of a boutique style. While there were other guests, we felt like we were the only one's at the hotel, it felt very personal and cozy. We love the decor and the views. It was just steps from the water. It has cohesive modern industrial design."

"Location is perfect. It’s an older hotel set for the beach. Parking is convenient and restaurants and the beach are within a block. "
