"Lovely apartment a 10 min walk from town and lots of restaurants. Apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. This is not a hotel, so maids do not come in everyday. Rooftop pool area was great, we really enjoyed our stay and was great value for money compared to a hotel. Street parking was available if you hire a car. Staff were friendly and explained everything perfectly on check in"

"Loved the pool and area on the roof! My only complaint is the nosey traffic, which can't be helped, but nice to be aware of that. Also, it says oceanfront but there is a busy street, the main one... the ocean is there, but its kinda dirty down on that part and not much beach area. "Villa RosMar was perfect for our 11 adults visiting Cozumel for the week. The house is exactly as advertised, palatial and clean. Mariano was the perfect host, arranging transportation and entertainment with just a few minutes notice. The house and pool were cleaned daily too. "Foi nossa terceira vez no hotel. Hotel está bem conservado. Sempre maravilhoso! O local é lindíssimo! A equipe do hotel é atenciosa e a possui uma das melhores praias de Cozumel. O café da manhã é muito bom, porém as outras refeições não são muito boas e achei que piorou dessa vez, assim como os drinks. Mas é um bom custo benefício e conseguimos descansar bastante! "
