Each villa offers two bedrooms with private ensuite baths, vibrant Mexican décor, handcrafted furnishings, private patios, and a washer/dryer. Guests enjoy the privacy of their own villa while still being together on one beautiful estate.

At the center of the property is a sparkling heated pool with jetted tub, a charming Spanish fountain, and a thatch‑roof BBQ area. In the evenings, soft lighting transforms the courtyard into a warm, memorable gathering space.

**The Pavilion***
Our handcrafted Pavilion is designed for shared meals, meetings, and fiestas. It overlooks the colorful “oasis garden” and has high‑speed Wi‑Fi, AV equipment, a traditional kitchen used by our professional cook service, and plenty of space for your group to relax.

**SCUBA Area**
Built by Bob, our resident diver — enjoy an outdoor shower, rinse tank, gear rack, and comfortable seating for post‑dive downtime.

**Prime Location**
Just down the street you’ll find the local market, restaurants, beaches, and wonderful spots to explore on foot.

Guests often describe Casa Colonial as a retreat with a vast, lush garden — “the garden oasis” — a place filled with warmth, style, and authentic island charm.

**A La Carte Pavilion Use***
The Pavilion itself is open for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.
If you’d like access to its additional powered amenities — including electricity, the private bathroom, TV, and other features — there is a small daily fee of **$35 USD** to help offset Cozumel’s unusually high electricity costs.

Guests are welcome to use the BBQ area at any time. For guest safety, only our vetted cook service is permitted to use the Pavilion’s professional kitchen.
