"Nice, small, place to stay close to the beach. The accommodations were sufficient for four adults for two nights. The bedrooms are rather tight but they are comfortable. There was an issue with the property being double booked but the property owner was able to take care of it and helped the other folks try to find another place. We would consider staying here again if we were in the area. "

"I stay in this area a couple times per year and I've had some hit and miss bookings. This property exceeded my expectations. It was sparkling clean. The complex was quiet, and it's just a block from 2nd Street, a great place to stroll, dine, and shop. Although I didn't use the kitchen, it appeared adequately supplied . There is shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. There is air conditioning, which is handy in this hot summer weather. My experience was great. I will definitely stay here again. "

"This is an immaculate apartment in a prime location in Santa Ana. There are excellent restaurants nearby. We stayed only one night while attending a lacrosse tournament at Orange County Great Park, but would definitely stay there again. Grace provided detailed check-in and check-out information."

"My family and I had no issues during our stay. The property was clean, it was easy to check in, and Grace responded to some inquiries in a timely manner. The only negatives are more personal reasons. In one of the bedrooms, there was only one outlet to plug in electronics. The property is located on a very noisy and busy street which made it hard to fall asleep. That being said, the property itself and the neighboring units were pretty quiet. "

Great communication as well, as the parking/check-in instructions are a bit complex due to the nature of the space. However, those instructions are thorough and very easy to follow once on site. "Esse hotel foi muito conveniente para ir aos parques da Disney e é relativamente perto de grandes lojas, mas não é próximo a restaurantes para quem está a pé, exige uber ou carro alugado. Nos sentimos seguros, o atendimento foi bom, os quartos precisam de renovação pois achei o banheiro um pouco velho e também senti falta de tomadas usb. Mas no geral atendeu bem as expectativas. Voltaria a me hospedar."
