All inclusive muito bom ! "

"The staff were phenomenal. Made a special occasion truly unforgettable. They never hesitated to assist with all questions, tours, and accommodations. Genuinely enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return. The room was spacious and beautiful with an ocean view. The gym was well stocked and clean. The washer dryer was indispensable. Cannot sing their praises enough."

"Our stay was nice overall, but the dinner situation was unnecessarily complicated. Due to the weather, staff rescheduled our reservation at Boca Steakhouse. Unfortunately, one hostess was extremely unprofessional, insisting we had no reservation despite it being rebooked by your staff. Unfortunately, the biggest area of opportunity is the customer service and overall attitude of the staff. The majority of our interactions with employees came across as rude, dismissive, and lacking any sense of urgency. One particularly disappointing experience was with Tatiana at the steakhouse, who was extremely dismissive. Additionally, the constant pressure from...

"Terrible nunca contestaron, llamamos, escribimos y nada.
