"It was my lack of in-depth investigation that I didn't realize all of the rooms on the property were upstairs. My room including the bathroom was no bigger than my guest room and bath at my personal residence which is a smaller room. There was only 1 hard back chair to sit on and no table, desk, TV tray anything in the room that one could sit comfortably on and eat, read, or use your computer. "The best host and location!"

"We loved the boat but it was a little dirty. Then the power went out nothing you can do about that. It was a city issue, we left when we woke up from it being hot in our state room. There was a hard bagel and old popcorn bag that didn’t pop just burnt . We had a good time. Not sure if we will be back."

"Loved staying on the yacht! Beautiful view around the harbor. Comfortable living space.Walking paths close around lighthouse, to shops and restaurants. Secure access. Would have liked more wave action !"
