"The property is convenient to literally everything!! The pool was perfect and the room was comfortable. The golf cart was a very nice perk to go to breakfast and then to the beach. The host is great. It would be nice to be able to use the bathroom without "trapping" anyone else who is with you in either the bedroom or outside; however, it is not an issue if toilet privacy is not a huge deal. I did not pick on this from the pictures but it definitely would not have changed my mind about...

"My husband and 2 little dogs loved this house! Pool and back patio was very nice!Back patio is fully fenced in so we felt safe with the dogs off leash.Beds were comfortable. Decor modern. Plenty of space for us!We had all necessities needed.Everything is very close to either eat or shop.Beach is right across street. Not crowded.We absolutely loved our stay!"

"The check in was seamless and well communicated. The neighborhood is very nice and homes are beautiful. The rental is a beautiful beach cottage that has everything you need. It is very unique and well taken care off. Close to the beach and nice area to walk. Would definitely recommend!"

"This was our 2nd year booking this cozy cottage for the 4th of July and honestly won’t be our last. It’s cozy and quiet (the base helicopter traffic doesn’t bother us) and has great walkable area for exploring and getting your dogs some exercise! The new coffee shop a street over is top tier!!! We love the pool area at the house and our only recommendation is for a patio cover. This property stays in the sun all day and a cover would really help elevate the space and make the patio more usable....

"Such a great place to stay while spending time with family in Jacksonville! SO close to the beach! Wonderful neighborhood! SO many extras to make it the perfect vacation! The wagon, beach towels, outdoor shower to rinse off the sand made beach time so fun and easy! The front yard with the table and grill was the perfect spot to hang out with family! The home was filled with SO many extras! It was extra clean and very comfortable! Hosts replied to questions quickly! Will definitely be staying...

"This place was the best! Over the past 7 mos. I have experienced several unexpected devastating losses, to include my mother and best friend. I needed to hit the mental reset button and this place did just that. Location, thoughtfulness to what you would need during your stay was impressive. Loved the Dukes in the fridge(country girl through and through)! This home is a must! The outdoor is shower so insagram worthy. We will be back!! The hosts are amazing as well!!"

"Exactly what we needed. Very clean inside. Outside could use a pressure wash. Great location. Full kitchen is there but I would not cook--eye missing on stove and no vent. Again, those did not bother us at all. We did not plan to cook. Everything was great for us."

"Apparently the room had used bedding, since there was a pillowcase with lipstick marks and long strands of dark hair, in addition to the other pillowcases and sheets being with several strands of long hair and other numerous short strands. The cleaning also left something to be desired, since there were, for example, lamps with a lot of dust. In addition, broken elevator, broken towel washing machine (which can justify the apparently used bedding and with hair and lipstick). There were also no towels for the beach. The impression I had is that the previous guest left the room and they simply ran their hand over the house and stretched the sheet and crumpled the pillows. I don't recommend it."
