"This cottage has potential. Unfortunately, it was very poorly maintained. Dirty base boards, mold in the shower (which was tiny), ice encrusted freezer with one measly ice cube tray, no coffee, liquid lavender bath gel which isnt idea for allergy prone folks, ripped love seat amd torn coverings on the little dinette chairs. The heat wouldn't turn on and inside was 64. Everyneeds a good scrubbing and the outside patio area needs stained and painted!! It was our worst experience at a VRBO ever!"

"When I arrived to Abby’s place, I felt like I had won the lottery. This adorable beach house is literally steps from the ocean. The place was spotless. The bedroom and loft beds were very comfortable and my friend and I slept so well. The location is close to plenty of restaurants, bars, and grocery, yet the area feels so quiet and peaceful. I can’t wait to come back to Jacksonville Beach. I will definitely be rebooking. Thanks Abby! :)"

"This property is a 5 minute walk to the beach which was perfect ! The space was perfect for a beach trip the chairs and beach towels were such a huge plus since we flew in from another state ! The kitchen had everything you needed along with the washer dryer was perfect. Whole apartment stayed nice and cool the whole trip! The shower was horrible the water pressure was so bad it desperately needs a updated shower head//plumbing. There were a lot of termites in the bathroom so their wings were...
