"Overall I had a great stay. The house was clean and spacious for my group. Great parking and good location to Raymond James Stadium. The price was great. There are some room for improvements in the house. The 2nd bathroom door does not latch/lock, the floor mainly in the living room does need to be replaced, and small things like the soap dispensers, towels bars, etc. would fall off if used or had fallen off before we got there. Also the backyard fence is falling down looked like some pretty...

"The house was PERFECT for a large family with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The pool was perfect & the house had all the essentials to get through the week. The host was wonderful, very responsive, very accommodating, & very friendly ! Highly recommend for families ! "

"We loved that after our almost 12 hour drive we were just able to come in and relax by the pool and the hot tub. The house had everything we needed. The host had some snacks and water bottles for us as well. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely book this house again. "

"The VRBO was nice, just a few minor defects: there a was a bulb out in the bathroom in the master bedroom, the water pressure in the shower in the master bathroom was low, and the hot and cold indicators for the shower and sink in the master bathroom were reversed. One last thing is to detail where the washer and dryer are located. These are just minor things that definitely do not draw away from how nice this VRBO is."
