I lived in this neighborhood for 20 years so it was very convenient to everyone and everywhere we wanted to visit during our stay. "Beautiful guest house with all the amenities we could wish for! Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms had soap and toiletries. Beds were super comfortable and the whole place had a classic homey feel. Almost hate to sing its praises too highly as we’d like to keep this place to ourselves! lol. Martin was responsive and helpful when we had questions prior to arrival. Will definitely stay again!"

"Good size house for our family of 3. Pool was great temperature and so nice to have right at the house. Good mid point lication between Tampa and Clearwater beaches. Area surrounding after leaving the neighborhood is more industrial so grocery and better eating places were 10 minutes away. Would have liked some towel racks in the bathroom adjoining the primary bedroom. We were there at the end of June and the swamp behind the house is home to frogs who were making mating calls until 4 am."
