"Easy to get to downtown St. Petersburg, Fort Desoto, and the beaches."

"Very clean and tidy inside but outside areas (balcony, patio) were unswept before our visit and a bit scruffy. Bedroom patio door did not lock. Excellent a/c which was needed so very comfortable. Would advise earplugs for light sleepers as external a/c units close to property were occasionally noisy. Property is on a very quiet street and Crescent Lake recreation spot and seafront/pier are all walkable in 10-20 mins. Nearest publix/trader joe's is 5 mins drive. "
