"It’s meant to be a five star facility although better attention could be paid to the details: for ex, no hooks in bathroom, bathroom door warped against floor. And staff need to be trained to be more attentive to patrons, especially concierge who seemed busy on their devices. "

The only think that is somewhat problematic is the location: it is in a good district, but somewhat far from the subway stations and tourist attractions. As taxis are not expensive in Uzbekistan, to cross distances is not a matter."
