"Peaceful and quiet, it is a true sanctuary to unwind and relax. Loved the warm private pool and hot tub with a lovely view. So comfortable with a big deck and porches to enjoy the view from many perspectives.The small pond was perfect and brought the sounds of frogs and beautiful drangonflies.Check-in was very easy and the kitchen had everything we needed. I was able to barbecue on the grill as well.I definitely would come back and recommend."

"Words cannot describe this amazing house and property. The architecture is outstanding. We were on the go a lot but loved hanging around the house and enjoying the pool and incredible views. Host Glenn gave us the grand tour and was always there when we needed him."

"Great escape for a few days! Front gate was broken, so we had to improvise a bit to give our dogs the promised space to roam. Other than that, we had a great time and had everything we needed! "

"Little hard to find as the property is behind two other houses. Took about 3 fly bys to finally see it. Clean. Looked and smelled freshly renovated. Website said there was a hairdryer, there wasn't, but I came prepared. The only main issues were, no closet (I used the love seat for my wardrobe), no dining table (unless you wanted to eat outside), and the biggest.....no window coverings. Very unsettling since there were other houses so close & a sketch 5th wheel just on the other side of the...

"This was the perfect place to stay when we attended a reunion at Cazadero Music Camp across the road. The home contained everything we would need, plus more. The setting was quiet and loved being able to sit and watch the creek flow by. Next time we will definitely stay longer."

"This was the perfect set up for a trip with two small families. Temps were nice and cool in the June heat with the shade. Location is tucked Seat in nature with just 15 min drive east/west to get to Guernville/Jenner. Perfect family vacation. "

"Beautiful location on Austin creek. After our morning coffee, we would hike down along the creek with our pup (two-year-old Golden Retriever). One fay, we drove to Guerneville to meet some relatives and friends for lunch; and another day, we drove to Bodega Bay and picked up the world’s Best Crab Sandwiches and Clam Chowder (from Spud Point). Falling asleep with the sound of crickets, and waking up to birdsong… Absolutely the bes."
