"Easy access, clean rooms, only a 10 minute walk to downtown"

"Two issues. 1. Toilet paper is very thin. 2. They didn't tell me at check in that they were putting a charge thru on my card. I had already paid for the room and seeing a second charge go thru was unsettling. I hadn't been asked or given permission to charge my card. I was assured it would be reversed at checkout but I haven't seen that go thru my account yet. Their explanation was reasonable and I trust that I will be refunded but it would have been better if I had been asked before they...

"We spent our 5 year anniversary trip at Kokanee Creek Resort and it was fantastic! From the service, cleanliness, quality, and food, everything was amazing. Right from the start we were met with friendly service and our room was beautiful and spotless. The restaurant is a hidden gem, beautiful atmosphere with some of the best food either of us have had in some time! Even if you are staying in Nelson, the 10 minute drive is worth it!"

"We stayed in the Sycamore Room and it was beautiful. Very well cared for with every amenity provided. A was very welcome as it was hot in Nelson during our stay. Staff was very accommodating as we showed up early on a motorcycle and needed a reprieve from the heat. Parking is limited but free if you get one. Also this place is not suitable if you have difficulty with stairs. There are a lot of stairs! We have stayed here for our last three visits to Nelson and will definitely stay here again. "
