"Our fireplace didn’t work and we reported it. It was fixed quickly the next day. The fireplace had not been turned on yet. The baseboard heater in the bedroom and the bathroom do not work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is falling out of the ceiling so doesn’t work very well. The unit really needs an upgrade. Cupboards and bathroom are really dated. The location is perfect but for the price, we would not book this unit again."

Also the front desk staff didn't care we had a horrible experience dealing with an amateur drugged up hippy playing the worst sounding electric guitar you can imagine while trying to enjoy the view. Poorly run property, they have no control...

I believe that our unit had been recently renovated. Even though it was really nice, it wasn’t what I assumed we’d be getting; the photos were completely different! The unit I had booked had a lovely white kitchen with a large island, 4...

"The check in online was the first time I ever did this. As for checking into the hotel/room this was extremely frustrating & confusing. As there wasn't anyone onsite to help me find my room. As it was on the backside of the property. So, I had to walk the hole property to find it. This was very difficult."
