"Perfect place to stay in Duncan while visiting winery in the area. The room was clean and spacious. Unfortunalty our room was right next to the reception on the main floor, so it was a bit noisy (could hear foot steps on the 2nd floor and people talking around). Overall, I highly recommand this hotel."

"Host was amazing, reserved night for my mom who needed assistance. Very helpful and friendly! Mom loved the stay, quiet and a nice atmosphere. She rested very well, bed was comfortable."

"The property was beautiful, well maintained and really clean. It’s located outside the city on the hills so it felt like a hillside resort vacation- relaxed and quiet and comfortable. If you are in the area, definitely recommend you to stay here. The staff is really kind and sweet - overall we loved our stay here."

"The location is very good, and so are the bedroom and bathroom. However, if you're staying for a longer period - I stayed 12 days - you' ll have to request the owner clean bed sheets and that the bathroom is cleaned. Otherwise you'll have to sleep on dirty sheets and clean the shared bathroom! Which I did!"

"The staff is exceptionally friendly and hospitable who gave great suggestions and served an incredible breakfast each morning. The house is a beautiful old home with lovely plants on the deck where we had breakfast each morning. The dining room is also lovely. Marketa’s is convenient to all the downtown sites and port. We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Marketa’s. "

"Traveling with 3 kids and my wife and all 5 of us enjoyed our stay. Clean, quiet and had dishes and amenities that we needed. The listing says no parking onsite, but there is ample street parking. Will definitely try to book again and refer to friends and family. "
