"Upon arrival we did not receive the accommodation we booked and paid for. We booked 2 beds and only 1 bed was at the property. On top of this we had to beg for the access codes for the property. When we told them this is not what we had booked they sent us to another property in another city, again totally different from what we booked. We did not end up staying at the second location as this was an occupied family house with shared rooms upstairs and we did not feel comfortable at this location...

"The Inn had a nice location and had historic significance. The host for check-in was only available 4pm-8pm with an after hours phone number to call. The Inn did not have an elevator so we had to take our luggage up a couple of flights of stairs. Our room did not have a closet and no iron/ironing board. The TV did not function and had no instructions. The breakfast was not ready (orders are on a menu and then prepared) and nothing was set out at 8am and we were on a tight schedule."
