"We recently stayed for a weekend boating/birthday trip. We loved this place. Close to everything. Pub downstairs, liquor store downstairs, and breakfast cafe downstairs as well. The staff was great and our room #18 had an awesome patio. The whole place was renovated it seemed and the beds were great as well as the pillows. The ac in the rooms worked great as well. I’ll definitely be going back"

"Hidden gem! Great location and very charming. The Scottish tea was delicious and breakfast felt like high tea each morning. Would definitely stay here again. The only drawback is that there is no air conditioning or elevators, however, this was not a problem for us. We enjoyed how charming the Pendray Inn was and close to everything."

"As mentioned in other reviews: lovely outdoor area facing the marina. Decent food at the pub. Downsides: room is way too small, damp (air does not circulate, window does not open in the sleeping area). Bathroom floor tiles falling apart, tub poorly caulked. Basic and inexpensive fixes! Most of the chairs on the shared outdoor deck were broken and unusable. Expedia post advertised daily housekeeping (not the case). Several staff we encountered were not overly friendly. "A sleeper of a property. Off the beaten track. Great staff. Renovated rooms. Fab pub with huge menu and great execution. Everything in the menu is top notch. Service in pub is above and beyond friendly and genuine."

"Rebecca took excellent care of my wife and I on our anniversary. Great 100 + years old manor was well cared for and the rustic charm of the place was very relaxing. Rebecca served us breakfast every morning. From the complimentary wine to the “to die for” frittatas and the comfortable and spotless rooms our stay was excellent"
