"We would have rated this excellent all the way across except we had an unpleasant experience at check in. We pre registered as they asked. When we arrived at 2:32 pm my husband went to check in only to be told we couldn’t check in til 3. Ok so we sat in our car and watched 3 other parties go in and come out with the map of the grounds and their keys..?? "Lovely small hotel, 2 stories, no elevator, stayed here many times on vacation. Rooms recently refreshed, reasonably priced for mid-Cape Cod"

"The property was modern and clean with plenty of cozy common areas to enjoy. We didn’t have time to go in the hot tub and sauna but they looked inviting. Our room was wonderful! We had a separate cottage suite with a private outside space a nice inside seating area. It was clean and attractive and comfortable. The host was amazing! I wish we had stayed longer."
