The location was great, as it is very near Balboa Park, the venue for the reunion. We arrived to a clean, easy to access home, with plenty of room and a beautiful back patio. The house worked out great. We even had some family back to the house after the reunion. Patrick was availableand responded immediately as we communicated"

"This home and location couldn't be more beautiful and relaxing!! Communication with the host was excellent. We cooked multiple meals at the house and had a wonderful selection of seasonings, condiments, and other items available. Of course, the fresh eggs were a big bonus! The location couldn't be beat. Our entire party of six was sad to have to leave. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. HIghly recommend!!!"

"This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back."

"I was staying with my family and a family friend. We loved the location, quiet, safe and easily accessible. The hosts are very attentive and keep in touch during your stay to make sure everything is going well. The house was very clean and had several cleaning, bath and seasoning products. We hope to return one summer."

"Always a good stay - we've used this place several times in the past two years and it feels like a home away from home now. Plenty of street parking and a great park across the way to get a walk in. The neighborhood is great as well and fully walkable! Close to so much, especially the family we come in to see! Danny is super responsive as well."

"Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay."

" The location of property was a perfect 10 for exploring Malibu and the surrounding area. Easy quick access to the pacific coast. The photos however of property are far from accurate. I'm guessing they are the original photos from when it was first listed on VRBO. Sadly it is quite run down on the outside. Overgrown trees and brush blocks the small veiw of ocean from back patio. The photo of ocean is out in the street away from the property. There were cobwebs all around property. The...
