"I was staying with my family and a family friend. We loved the location, quiet, safe and easily accessible. The hosts are very attentive and keep in touch during your stay to make sure everything is going well. The house was very clean and had several cleaning, bath and seasoning products. We hope to return one summer."

"This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back."

"There was no mention of the flight of stairs in the ad, which was doable, but difficult. The key pad to the front gate is completely in the dark, the motion light shines on the other side of the fence. The apartment itself was very comfortable and the bed although a climb to get in, was super comfortable! The apartment was very clean and everything you would need was right there. Parking was easily available on the street and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. There is a lovely park...

"Was very clean, comfortable beds, hot tub was great, everything was as listed. Just me, but would have appreciated a fan in the bedroom. Didn’t ask host, but his communication was great and seemed accommodating, so he probably would have gotten me a fan if asked. "

"The grounds and the decor are top notch, everything is interesting, well-placed and beautiful to look at. It was a perfect escape from the city for a girls trip to hike and shop in Topanga and Malibu. Private areas for all to enjoy while being together."

"Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay."

"Nice updated house. But the tenant situation is a little weird. You can see them everytime you enter/exit the house because they leave blinds open, and the kitchen and living room walls are shared. Could be better cleaned. Linens are not clean. We had a situation with dirty linens and a cleaning lady came (unannounced) to change them but those new sheets weren’t very clean either and there’s hairs on the box spring and under the headboard area looks like it’s not regularly cleaned. "The host was easy to communicate and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were easy. The property is in a great location. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The bedrooms should actually have a light in the ceiling, turned on by a light switch, instead of using lamps to light the room. However, we were able to adjust. I would stay here again."
