"The heat was out at the unit. The staff were responsive, although the unit was not repaired during my stay. Otherwise, everything was as I expected. I have stayed at Cape Crossing in the past and always have a good time there. I love Dolphins tiki bar and restaurant. "

"Great location for a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Just a short drive to the Space Center. After a long day at the Space Center we enjoyed dinner at the Dolphins Waterfront Bar and Grill - literally out the front door and around the corner. Relaxing atmosphere and good food. The condo was spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would certainly recommend this location for anyone making a visit to the area. "

"Yes we had everything we needed and prepared multiple meals in the kitchen. We enjoyed the coffee you provided. Everything was clean and the dogs felt right at home. We also really enjoyed having a fire pit and used that multiple nights. It was great being able to walk to many restaurants. We enjoyed whisk and grind, Oceanside pizza, and the fat donkey were house favorites. "

"The house was lovely, the location excellent.Unfortunately, the Spectrum cable connection was out -- so no Internet, no TV, no phone landline. The property managers helped by calling repairmen in, but we ended up being forced to stay in the house waiting for them and showing them what was going on, as if we were the homeowners. For one of us, this was not entirely a vacation, and not having functioning Internet interfered with being able to handle necessary business. Fortunately, there were...

"We rented this cute town home for a short weekend while waiting to move into our home and everything was perfect. We had everything we needed for our family of 4 and our pup. It was so nice to be close to the river and walk to Dolphins for dinner. Would definitely recommend this place. Although we live local so didn’t get to do anything vacation related, we can definitely recommend this place for someone coming to stay for vacation as it is in a central location to many activities.
