"L’établissement vieilli mal et beaucoup de chalet était fermé voir abandonné. Le Personnel était très sympa. Nous avions limite l’impression qu’ils allait bientôt fermer. Le petit dej est très basique mais ça va. La plage juste devant est très pratique pour ce poser mais prévoir chaussons car que des cailloux. Pour résumer : personnel au top, hébergement vieux mais propre"

"The airport transport was nearly one hour late... There instruction was to send me the license plate with no further comments. Another guy at the airport explained it to me and looked for my taxi. (the driver didn't get out of the car and helped me at all) At the hotel the gave me a rm which I couldn't log the door, due to the fact I was the only guest, I felt safe. "Beautiful property and location. Peaceful stream. Construction next door, but no bother to us. Would stay again. Host was great"

"Best place we stayed in all of Japan. It's actually nicer than the pictures portray if you can believe it. Location is the only slight downside as you mostly will end up taking taxis everywhere other than the Heian shrine. Must comfortable beds and blankets, pillows we had as well. If you're cooking at all the kitchen is amazing. Wish I had used the meditation room but only discovered at at the end."

"The room was clean, and the facilities and amenities were excellent, It’s a bit difficult to find chalet in night night. The stairs are a bit steep so not recommended for group who has a physical disability. Other than that, we enjoyed staying in Blue River Chalet! Thank you"
