"Employees are very nice. There is no language barrier. They are very helpful. There is a lot of space in the room. The room is clean, new and comfortable with a lot of space to walk around and to open many suitcases. There are free drinks and snacks in the lobby. There are also free board games, comic books to borrow and even free Nitendo to play in the lobby. The location of the hotel is super convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby."

"One of the nicest stays that we had in Tokyo. Right by the train station, any food we would want is less than a 5 minute walk, and of course, it still has the new car smell - since it is 4 weeks old. 10/10."
