"It was perfect! We are planning on making this an annual trip for my daughter’s family from New Hampshire. My daughter was raised in The Pierpont community and it was wonderful to share it with her husband and my grandsons. "

"The house had no AC and no fans at all so it made sleeping quite difficult "

"We really enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The house was perfect. Super clean. Right by the ocean. At night you can hear the ocean. The only thing was when we got there, there was a lock on the gate that needed a code to open. I was able to call the property manager and they provided me the code within minutes. I will be coming to Ventura in the next couple of months and will stay here again if possible "

"What a beautiful place to stay and enjoy the beach and all of the birds and marine mammals! The Channel Islands were easily accessible and I highly recommend. The hosts are so hospitable and made everything perfect!! I’ll be back!!Thanks for everything!"

"The place is beautiful! We had us, our adult daughter, her boyfriend and our two younger kids. We could have fit more people if we needed to. The decor is cute, the place was clean, a short walk to the beach and some restaurants or if you got in the car the harbor area is just a 5 minute drive! If the opportunity presents itself, we will definitely stay her again!"

"This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had renting a home. We had a family member pass away in a tragic accident and had to fly from Colorado to California last minute. We wanted someplace to stay that was comfortable and close to the water and this place fit the bill.
